State Authorization
The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education programs and is intended to make it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions based in another state. Additional benefits include expanded access to educational offerings and enhancement to the overall quality of distance education. Students from all 50 states are eligible to apply to our online programs. As a SARA state approved institution, ůůֱ²¥ State ůůֱ²¥ offers distance education programs to students in the 49 SARA member states and is not subject to approval or exempt in the non-SARA states of California. Professional Licensure
Professional licensure and certification requirements often vary from state to state. Some ůůֱ²¥ State ůůֱ²¥ programs and certificates satisfy certain requirements for licensure in New Jersey. - Accounting (MS)
The Accounting (MS) is designed to prepare students to sit for theÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýthe course credits count towards the 150 semester hours required to sit for the CPA exam. Each state has its own set of requirements for licensure. If you are interested in the program and are seeking certification in a state other than New Jersey, you should check your to determine requirements prior to applying. This program prepares teachers to meet New Jersey requirements for Middle School with Subject Matter Specialization: Mathematics Grades 5-8 certification.
